Trade & logistics capability
Cold-chain logistics
Temperature-controlled handling maintained from packing through to arrival at the buyer's dock.
Export documentation
Compliance paperwork prepared per shipment, ahead of regional customs requirements.
Structured to grow
Built so new markets can be added without a change to how the business operates.
What happens between your order and your dock
Most sourcing conversations stall on the same question: what actually happens after the price is agreed. Here is the sequence we run for every shipment, whether it is a single pallet of table eggs or a full container of grain.
We confirm the spec before we quote
Grade, pack format, volume, destination port, and required certificates, agreed in writing first. It is slower on day one and it prevents the argument at customs three weeks later.
Sourcing is allocated to a named partner
Your volume is assigned to specific production partners we have already audited, not bought off an open spot market. That is what lets us trace a carton back to the farm that filled it.
Graded, packed, and logged
Product is graded and packed to your agreed format, and temperature is logged from the packing house onward. The log travels with the shipment, so the cold chain is evidence rather than a promise.
Documentation is prepared per shipment
Certificates of origin, health and phytosanitary paperwork, packing lists, and import-compliant labelling are assembled before the container moves, not chased after it lands.
Booked, sealed, and tracked
We book the reefer, seal the container, and share the vessel and arrival window. You get one contact who knows where your shipment is, not a switchboard.
Cleared and delivered
Paperwork is with your clearing agent ahead of arrival. If something does go wrong, you hear it from us first, with the options already worked out.
Questions we get on the first call
What is your minimum order?
For table eggs and dairy we work in full pallet quantities upward, and we would rather start you with one trial pallet than oversell a container. Tell us your volume and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right supplier for it.
How long does a first shipment take?
Plan on two to four weeks from confirmed order to arrival, depending on sailing schedules and how quickly documentation clears on your side. A first shipment usually takes longer than a repeat one, because we are setting up your paperwork and labelling from scratch.
Can you match our private-label packaging?
Yes for retail cartons, within the constraints of the packing line and regional labelling rules. Send us your artwork and target format and we will come back with what is achievable, what needs adjusting for compliance, and what it does to the unit cost.
Is the product Halal-compliant?
Yes. Halal compliance is a baseline requirement across every one of our markets, not an optional certificate, and the supporting documentation is prepared with each shipment.
What happens if a shipment arrives short or damaged?
You tell us, with photographs and the container seal number, and we investigate against our own packing and temperature logs. Where the fault is ours, we credit or replace it. We would rather lose the margin on one shipment than the account.
We are outside your primary listed markets. Will you still talk to us?
Yes. The Middle East, Asia, North Africa are where we are built to operate and where our documentation and logistics are proven, so that is where we can commit to dates with confidence. If you are outside these regions, get in touch anyway and we will evaluate what we can support.
